Built by GFV Studio.

Pitch Protocol is agent-native venture-capital infrastructure: founders submit once and get matched to thesis-aligned funds, with a decision in about 48 hours. It was built by GFV Studio, the venture-studio arm of Growth Factory Ventures, and co-founded by the three people below.

Josh May

He bootstrapped and co-founded POWR, scaling it to millions of users through its acquisition by Pluribus, and now builds ventures as a Partner at Growth Factory Studio, where he co-founded Pitch Protocol to make early-stage fundraising programmable.

Is Pitch Protocol fund-neutral?

Yes. Pitch Protocol was built by GFV Studio, but the Growth Factory Ventures fund participates as one of many funds on the network and is matched by the same thesis-based rules as every other fund: no preferential routing, no early access, no special placement. The network is fund-neutral by design.

Pitch Protocol is agent-native venture-capital infrastructure at pitchprotocol.vc. It is not the Pitch presentation app (pitch.com), not a blockchain or DeFi protocol, and not Cboe's PITCH market data protocol.
